Quick Quinoa Lunch Bowl

On a busy work/school day, you want the ability to make a quick meal that’s still delicious and healthy. Que in quinoa bowls. So easy and PACKED with nutrients. Simply make quinoa according to the package directions, then add ingredients like:

  • beans (red, black, garbanzo, etc.)
  • avocado
  • cheese (leave out for a vegan meal)
  • green/red peppers, carrots, celery
  • seasonings like garlic, cumin, salt/pepper

That’s it! I told you it was simple!
