It’s that time of year again….the weather’s getting colder…and you’ve got a cold. Great. Colds always come at the most inconvenient times, right? Fortunately, some good rest and healthy eating can boost your immune system, but if you’re looking for some immediate relief of a sore throat, or trying to ward off an incoming cold, try this recipe for fresh lemon ginger tea. And if you’re just looking for a tasty tea, no worries, you’ve come to the right place.
My older sister Asha showed me how to make this tea, and it quickly became a fav. It’s easy to make, and tastes delicious. Also, the fresh ingredients provide some antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and anti-inflammatory effects.
So make a cup (or two) and enjoy some relaxation!
