I have a love/hate relationship with running. I continually crave a good run and the effect it has to clear my mind and reduce stress. However, I’ll start running and once I get to a tiring point, I quickly proclaim to myself that I will never, ever run again. Yet, in a few days time I’m back with my running shoes tied and my mind ready to be cleared. The benefits of a good run just keep me coming back for more.
