When you’re in a rush, it can be tempting to choose the closest pre-made packaged food within an arm’s length. Our busy lives often cause us to place our health way down on our list of daily priorities. However, eating healthy can be easy….and quick. In my experience, it’s all about finding foods that I love to eat (such as specific fruits/veggies/grains, etc.) and searching for recipes or more often than not, just creating my own recipes with the foods I have at home.
